A new Bump thread!

I did sleep better last night but my throat is still very sore and congested. I was told that the surgery could create problems for my throat and it has, so I guess I just have to ride it out for a few days.

Happy Thursday all!

I took my outer bandage off last night and got the first look at the inner steri-strips. It's not too bad! Just about two inches across and inside one line of my neck; should heal up exactly as the surgeon said it would.

I did sleep in late today and that helped!

I will probably go back to work Monday with DH or DS driving me since I can't fully turn my head left or right yet.

Feeling pretty good today; lots of throat congestion still but otherwise I am doing well!

I plan on returning to work on Monday but I can't drive because "no sudden turns of my neck" so I get chauffeured by DH and DS; sounds good to me!
