18 of us go to MGM Studios animation tour. Packed house. Some of us are in the handicapped row with Aunt Francie and her scooter. The rest are scattered. The last row has 3 empty seats in the middle. Seems 3 ladies do not know the rule of moving down. CM asks them to move down so a family can sit down. They won't move. The poor CM at the front keeps trying to start the show. The seating CM is helpless to move the 3. My senior parents are next to the rude 3 and proceed to stand and move to the empty seats so the family can sit at the end. Senior aunt said, "let's clap for the polite people who DID move so others could enjoy the show". The theater clapped. The CM tried to start again. Then people started making comments how could the rude people not get up? One of the 3 said something about being grumpy. My cousin said, "if I'm Grumpy, you're Dopey". The crowd erupted into laughter. As the CM was finally able to to start one of the 3 made a phone call and said something about calling "friends". Turns out her "friends" was a senior man waiting for her to come out. He just wanted to get the heck out of there. She was embarassing him.
We've found that the CM aren't making people move all the way down when it's really crowded. It was happening more and more.
