A mypoints / gift card question

I was getting ready to cash out from Mypoints with a $50 WalMart card to buy groceries for WDW, when I noticed they raised the points I would need to use. However, some other $50 cards are still a lower point value (like CVS)

Would I be able to cash out for a CVS card, and then use the card to buy a pre-paid visa with the gift card?

CVS does not let you buy any gift cards with their own gift cards. Some have said they have done it but, I have never been able to.

It actually states their policy on the Gift Card section of their website:

"NOTE: CVS/pharmacy gift cards cannot be used online at CVS.com, or to purchase any other retailers gift card or prepaid card that CVS/pharmacy may carry."
