And any other time you are doing a lot of walking/running/excercise etc ...

For those of us that visit the parks in the summer and have issues with chaffing I emplore you to go and buy a few pair of these -

Under Armour HeatGear Compression shorts -

On our last visit to MK, I chaffed so bad that by the end of the day I couldn't walk, I literally cried because it hurt so bad. Not anymore!!! I've bought 3 pairs for myself and they are the best thing ever. They stay tight, they don't "ride-up" and they actually keep things pretty cool because of the moisture wicking technology!

I've tried everything before these, Gold bond, baby powder, body glide, everything and nothing has worked like these compression shorts.

I have the same problem. I wore my pants inside out once b/c the seams were bothering me so badly. I used Body Glide and Anti-Monkey butt last year, and it helped, but was not 100% effective. I had planned on buying some compression shorts that were moisture wicking, but I worry these would be too tight for someone plus sized. What do you think? How tight were they?

They were not one bit uncomfortably tight to be honest and actually I bought one size smaller than I should have based on the "feel" of the bigger ones feeling like they would ride up and be too loose.

Now that I have them, I would honestly never wear anything else to the parks and especially when we go in the summer! If they weren't so expensive I would wear them daily

Defintely worth the $30 to see if they would work for ya!

edit to mention - I'm male and 5'10/about 230-240lb

We love these shorts! Both my DH and I wear them (me under dresses, him under shorts), and also the moisture-wicking shirts as well. They help us keep cool and dry.

Another product we love is Anti Monkey Butt Powder. Silly name, but great stuff! It's got calamine, and is good in shoes or under clothing for keeping one fresh. http://www.antimonkeybutt.com/
