A Mouse Ear Hello

Hi everyone. I just registered. I plan on visiting DL with my two DDs (ages 2 and 6) and my DH in March. Unfortunately, it is the height of Spring Break but there was no other way.

I made my reservations for HoJo Anaheim last night and made my plane reservations the night before. Hubby is from Redondo so we go out to visit all the time. This is the first time we are visiting DL. We went to DW two years ago and it is such a magical place. I'm really looking forward to this trip.

Oh, and I'm a fearful flyer so my excitement of this trip is somewhat dampered by my dread of the flight!

I do have one quick question.....what is Fantasia ice cream (I'm not sure I used the right word even). I have heard wonderful things about it but don't know what it is.

It's a mixture of different things. Darn it! I can't remember, it's been awhile since I've had it. I do remember it being quite yummy, though!

You'll have a wonderful time on your trip. I, too, had a fear of flying when I took my son on his first trip to DL back in 2000 - we ended up taking a train.

I have since taken a job which I must travel by plane at least once a month - and now it doesn't bother me at all (I've been flying regularly for about a year and half now). I know no matter what anyone says to you will make you feel any better about flying. But try not to let it damper your excitement too much. Again - you'll have a wonderful time!
