Hi Everyone:
I'm very pleased to announce that on August 1st, we'll be releasing a new
area to the site entitled "Getting Fit for Disney". This section will feature a
three part series by Shirley Eson ("Sky" from American Gladiators, and
nationally known fitness and nutrition expert). Sky will also be answering
questions and offering tips and advice every Wednesday (starting August
1) on our Inspiration Board. So, if you're "inspired" to stay healthy, don't
miss this great new addition to the DIS.
