A.M. traffic on 192

I'm wondering how much time to factor in for traffic. We will be staying in Kissimmee, approx. 8 mi. from Disney. I'd like to be there for opening at AK on Friday and MK on Sat. Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks.

It depends on which end of the 192 you are, if you are behind the now defunct Splendid China Animal Kingdom is minutes away and traffic is not a problem. If you are East of the main gate then depending on what time you go it can take anything from 20-40 minutes. Let us know where you are staying and will try to be more precise.

we are at the Red Roof Inn on 192, East of the Main entrance. So, 20-40 minutes,eh? On Saturday as well?
