A little venting: Target and gift cards

The "stink eye"???? That is too funny!!!! I've never heard that expression before.
:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Don't know about OP, but it's a common set of words widely-used in Hawaii, by locals -- and yes, it means what it implies...

i just complained to target about the way i was treated today so i totally get your need to vent i went there specifically because i have a red card and they sent me grocery coupons. i cant get everything i need there but since i have a three day weekend i figured i would go there today and the food store tomorrow.

the cashier was well as my mother would say a totally little d-bag. he didn't want to talk to me or even look at me. i couldn't see his screen so i gave him paper coupons, three sets of mobile coupons, and my cartwheel. i got to my car and the total seemed high, so I scanned the receipt. he charged me for an extra item, one $1 coupon was missing, and since he was annoyed i had also forgotten another coupon in the rush found it with my credit card in my pocket. i went to customer service and another young jerk with an attitude gave me my refund for the extra item and coupons, but pointed out since i did not have "proof" the cashier missed a coupon he really wasn't supposed to refund me on the one. :confused3 how am i supposed to prove what he rang up when he has all the paper coupons and everything from the mobile coupons just says target coupon so even a cashier can't tell what is what? :headache: i got home and realized yet another $1.50 paper coupon is missing. i wrote them a nice email. with this many errors its obvious the kid was paying not attention to what he was doing and pretended to scan coupons.

i used to have a bad cashier on occasion but it has gotten really bad, i go to the customer service desk almost everytime i go now. as a consumer i choose in large part where i shop based on price, and coupons/discounts that are offered should always be honored without any hassle.

ok stepping off my soapbox and going to finish putting my groceries away.
