A Little Unsettling..............

I called MS this morning to add a few requests to a couple of my reservations (since they don't want us to fax the resort) and the CM I talked to asked if I wanted to add any to my 8/31 reservation. I was on a waitlist for 2 nights (8/31 & 9/1) but I cancelled that when I rearranged my dates and booked for a week later. Well I guess the CM I spoke to last week never removed me from the waitlist (I specifically asked to be removed).

I started to panic because the room was automatically booked and the points were borrowed from next year. The CM was very nice and he assured me that my points would be restored to their original use year.

I think I will call back in a few days to make sure that everything is back to where it should be (he said he sent it to someone who would fix the problem).

I am very glad I called today otherwise I might not have known about this!!

This is a perfect example of why on-line booking and account management would be a great thing! My tiny credit union finally got on-line, seems like DVC could too! Diana
