a Little Romance... Suggestions?

So I am heading to the World in January, with my boyfriend and 2 other friends. I would like to possibly do a little something just me and him for a couple of hours one night of the week, and was wondering what would be great to do that won't cost us too much dough. For reference, I am 22, he's 29, and he's skeptical about disney in general, and thinks its just a "kids" place so i want to do something to show him it can be adult oriented and even romantic as well. But I'm looking to do something, well, cost efficient lol. any suggestions?

Well I'll see if I can think of some things that cost nothing at all:

You could head over to the Boardwalk Resort for a nice stroll along the boardwalk under a clear night sky. Some people rent bicycles for two and ride along the Boardwalk as well. Just enjoy each other's company, hold hands, chat and laugh.

At your own resort even, a nice stroll along the paths that circle the lake under a nice moonlit sky can be quite romantic, with a few sitting areas along the way to sit and have a little snuggle. Its a very dark and quiet stoll at night, with most people either in their rooms or at the pool.

If you're at the Magic Kingdom, take the monorail over to the Polynesian. They have a white-sand beach with hamocks...complete with the Cinderella Castle in the background. Very quiet, peaceful and romantic. Just lay down and swing while holding in each other's arms....can't get much better than that.

Are these along the lines of what you're looking for? If so, I'll try to come up with more...some may not be completely free, but I'll try to keep cost in mind.

P.S. If he still thinks Disney is just for kids, take him on Mission Space, Tower of Terror and Rockin' Roller Coaster and he'll soon discover just how much for "kids" Disney really is.

DH and I just enjoy each other when at Disney. Taking our time feels romantic. We just do what we want, when we want, which is what being adults without kids is all about--to me, at least. Yes, I'm an obsessive planner, but that planning has alot to do with getting us out of the parks at peak times and back into the hotel and or long meals (both romantic, though in different ways). Disney is romantic for us in the evenings, with the lighting and crazyiness surrounding us, while we're able to slip in and out, hand in hand, feeling at ease while the insanity surrounds us. Kind of like being in any major city after dark...except there's Mickey, and rides, and it's clean, and don't forget all the fairy lights.

Sand, thanks for the wonderful ideas. And yes, I'm certain he will enjoy himself, he's like this with EVERYTHING. He's always so doubtful and ends up walking away saying "that was awesome!" so i have faith lol.

And i think that picture has convinced me we need to take that little ride to the Poly!

well they were really Black's suggestions but I am sure he won't mind if I take the credit

I suggest making Spectromagic at MK and then enjoying the fireworks after. Then a stroll through the MK. Very magical. . .
