If you really want it, waitlist it. I have good luck with wait lists right at the 30 day cancellation window usually.

At least from my experience, BWV is certainly less difficult to get than BCV. I've had a couple short notice (less than 3 month notice)trips where I've been able to get BWV standard or BWview, but not BCV.

& we get offered BCV when we want BWV ~ it's just murphy's law

Another consideration is that you are wanting to book a holiday -- Memorial Day week. I would think it would be busy that week, with Monday being a holiday.
