A little OT, but, I wanted to share!!!!

I went to the casino (Foxwoods) Friday night. Put up the "side" bet on the 7's on the Blackjack table.
This side bet is: Put a dollar in the little round 7 circle
If the first card out is a 7 you get 3.00
If the second card out is a 7 of the same suit you get 100.00
If the second card out is a 7 of a different suit you get 50.00
If the third card out is a 7 of the same suit you get 5000.00
If the third card out is a 7 of a different suit you get 500.00.

I GOT THREE 7S OF DIAMONDS!!!!!!!

Not to shabby for a 1.00 bet.

So, Foxwoods is sending me to JAMAICA in Jan.

I don't do any gambling other than the slots on a cruise ship. I wonder if they have that game on the ships. Not bad for a $1.00 at all.

Thanks!!!! I have never seen this BJ sidebet anywhere but Foxwoods.

you do know that the odds of actually winning that bet are probably about as good as getting struck by lightning....twice? In any event, I'm really happy for you. Have fun in Jamaica.

BTW, we went to Jamaica and did one of those all inclusives. I would not recomend it. I preferred the freedom to decide where I eat every night and the food in Jamaica is fab and cheap. There's really no need to pay for the all inclusive and get bland American type food (of course some of the people got their money's worth in free drinks alone).

Yep, the odds are very high. But, I have won unsuited a few times and tend to get ones and twos often. I did get two unsuited Firday also, that paid 50.00.

I have been to Sandals Inn twice before, an all inclusive, loved the food, very different from here and loved the place, we will be going back there.

We like the adults only all inclusive.

Are you sure that is not the forecast for Connecticut or Massachusetts or New Hampshire? If so I too would rather be in Jamaica then.

The weatherman has enough trouble doing the long range forecast for seven days out. Don't give up the [cruise] ship [trip] too soon.
