A little help

I'm hoping someone on this board can help me out. I have been struggling with losing weight for awhile now. Recently, I have really changed up my eating and working out to help shed some pounds before our trip. However, I haven't lost ANYTHING! :sad: I have lost a large amount of weight before so not sure what the problem is. I'm on the same plan as then. There are only 2 differences. 1) I'm working out after work before dinner, 2) I'm getting less sleep due to my schedule. Do you know if this would cause the difference? I even went to the dr to have bloodwork to make sure there are no underlying issues. She also seemed puzzled. Currently I'm walking/jogging and it takes me 19 min. Is this a normal time or something else I should be shooting for? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

P.S. I've also started a few weights. And even though I feel it, no changes.
 
Has she tested your thyroid? We found out thats what my problem was, now it really doesnt matter what I eat, i will stay within the same 5 pounds... until she increases my meds at which point i'll be able to lose weight... we hope. Ive pretty much done everything, and nothing worked for me. Thats when we found out I had a thyroid problem.

Also, look into a candida cleanse.
 
how long have you been working your plan?

it's always a good idea to check in with your doctor! see my thread on 'medical/hormonal issues can cause weight gain' ...
