As a note, neither V&A nor Bistro accept any of the dining plans. They do accept the inclusive packages (Premium and Platinum), but not the normal dining plans (QSDP,
DDP, or DxDDP)
My husband and I are making our first trip to WDW by ourselves and the first time we have stayed on property for like 20 years!

I have made some reservations and I am not sure they are good for adults with no kids.

I would love to know what you guys think and if you have any suggestions......Thanks! We a kinda Foodies so any thoughts?

One key thing when planning DxDDP is meal spacing. If you don't think you can fit 3 sit-downs within that day, it's best to leave one off, you don't want to show up and not be hungry at all.
9/15 - Lots of travel here, but if it's just a DtD day (or a DtD/MK day, then it'll work out just fine.
9/16 - All 3 good choices (at least so I hear, I haven't done Coral Reef myself yet). SAI has come a long way since a couple/few years ago when it was pretty bad off and while a princess meal, Akershus is quite good.
9/17 - If not staying at CSR, I'd pick something else for breakfast. It's not horrible, but it's nothing at all worth going out of your way for.
9/18 - If you like Disney Junior characters (and there's absolutely nothing wrong with adults who do!) then this breakfast will work. Alternatively, if using it to get in the gates early for a better shot at TSM, then it's a possibility (from what I hear though, it's not much of an advantage). Otherwise, you may be better off choosing something else.
9/19 - Looks like a MK day. I'd look into Kona, The Wave, or Grand Floridian Cafe if looking for 1 TS locations. Alternatively, Citrico's (2TS) over at the GF is a very solid choice.
9/20 - A lot depends on where you'll be this day and it's a bit tough to make suggestions without knowing.
With the plans laid out as you have them, I'm going with the assumption that you're checking in on 9/14 and out on 9/21. If so, this puts you at 21 credits each, counting all question marks as 1 TS, that takes up 19, which is absolutely fine (DxDDP breaks even right around 2/3 of credits spent at TS). Don't be afraid to sub one or two CS meals into there, it won't put you into the red at all

.
As for what I did last year (and planning again this year), I typically only do 2 TS meals a day. Either breakfast + dinner, or lunch (earlyish, ~11:30am) + dinner (lateish ~7pm). It works out best for me as I'm normally at least hungry enough to eat by the time the next meal rolls around. I did make the mistake last year of eating at around 5:30 after a noon lunch, and I surely wasn't hungry for it at all (it was when Hacienda was opening up, and they didn't take reservations, so I wanted to make sure I got a spot early enough...)
