A little disappointed with EMH

Just got back and one thing I noticed though was the lack of attention to people attending EMH without wristbands....
Examples-
Character Connection at EPCOT...in a line of about 20-25 families, I'd say about a third of them DIDN"T have EMH wristbands on. And then we overheard the one in front of us by a couple families complaining about how a family "cut" in front of them.
Playhouse Dance Party at MGM...daughter wouldn't leave for TWO hours!! (she's a dancing fool!) So we saw alot of families come and go- Many were in without bracelets. I noticed that the CMs at the door were all just talking together instead of checking when I walked in.

Is Disney becoming more flexible on this? Has anyone else noticed? I guess I can understand they figure if they stay maybe they'll buy food or merchandise, but it is going to be not such a special perk for those onsite.

Just wondering because I can remember either last Feb or Feb 2006 (can't remember how long ago they started this), but anyway, I can remember the CMs made us hold up our wristband and show it as we entered a ride. This time I felt like there were several lines that we got into that they didn't even look. Actually at the Buzz ride, there wasn't even a CM at the entrance checking and the ones inside were so busy letting people on they didn't look.

Any thoughts on this???

ACTUALLY... my though on EMH is its sooo stupid!! they let in soooo many people. a few years ago they had something i totally 4get what it was called... it was certain resosrts, on certian nights.. n you had to pay like 15 dollars for it, but only a limited amout could get it, and it was so much fun becuase the park was like empty, and you could get on the rides almost right away!! now you wait in like still and theres just so many people. it's crazy.

E-Ticket Nights and they were great for hitting all the big rides with no or little waits. But then even they started to sell to many tickets.

I still like the EMH the mornings are the best as they always have checked your KTTK card and then the night ones for the most part CMs are on the ball but you do have to wonder if they are told to loosen up on the HardChecks.

I know they do a good Job for the Parties but EMH is another story.

We still hit everyone we can as more time in the parks are just that more time in the parks.

I love the morning EMH because it does seem many people get up for this but the evening is just a pain. When we were there in May I thought the evening EMH was the biggest waste of time. The lines were 3-4 times as long as during the day. IASW even had a line out of the que ... but may be this is normal. we are use to going in Jan when it is less crowed.

Last time we did evening EMH at Epcot, we got in line to get our wristbands and not one person verified we were on-site guests. They were handing them out to anybody in line. It was the same for the morning entry at MK. They never looked at our keys to the world card.
