"Bragging" here but I FINALLY did it. I have been at the two mile mark for my second week in a row. I can now walk two miles---ok it takes me 1 hour and 35 - 45 minutes to do it---but I can. (Granted I often go home and pass out in bed but I do it. I am sore the next day--who knew I apparently walk like an elephant--oh yeah--my dad used to say that about us kids all the time "you sound like elephants running around up there"
).
I see a little light on the horizon----oh no wait---that's another one of us crazy ecv drivers heading my way.
Anyway I needed the little cheer because I have been fighting my FSA for my ecv reimbursement for my Washington DC trip. I have told them twice that my letter of medical necessity is on file with them, I sent them the BCBS EOB and still they say they need yet another letter from my doctor. So--to get my measly little $25.00 back I have spent a few hours with them and now they want me to take time off work and go to the doctor ($15 copay). They pay Walker with no problem but not this--and I rented from another Medical Supply Company not a "we rent to anyone scooter place". UGG!!!!! At this point, they can keep the $$$$.
