There once was a WISHer named Kath
Who followed along her Atkins path
She brought along Beanie
Both of them got real "teenie"
And they toasted to a Vodka Martini

Pretty bad, huh? That is my one and only attempt at this!

You all made me smile this morning.. especially with all the stuff hanging over my head... selling my house and staying on my diet...why oh why am I stress eater... why can't be one of those who does not eat when they are stressed....I am trying to stay the course though..
