Its very interesting that when an atrocity happens in London, the whole country is expected to observe 2 min silence, but I cannot remember this year the same being done for the manchester or Birmingham pub bomings?
What about on November 11th?

Whilst it was a very sad thing for the people of London the 7th July, many, many other cases across this fair country of ours have not had such rememberances.

i think it was the fact that it was 4 suicide bombers all intended to go off at the same time on a transport network that is a symbol of london and it prevented the whole city getting around by tube for weeks....im not saying the other cases arent deserving of memory, indeed they are as just as many and more have been killed in other incidents around the country and the world, but this shook the heart of our country, like the 9/11 shook the heart of america...and unfortunately people seem to consider the capital/business dependent cities as more important than any other
