Hi there....can anyone help me on this?

We are leaving in two days and have some reservations at restaurants where the entree is priced separate from potato and vegetable. In this case, will our dining plan cover for veggies/salad? Or will we have to pay OOP?

Also, are salads considered part of a meal (i.e. I know they're not an appetizer or a dessert), so are they included in our plan?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

Unless the salad at a TS meal is considered an entree, or is somehow designated as being included in the entree, you will not be able to get it on the basic dining plan. If the salad is considered a starter or appetizer, it is not covered.

It is possible you will be able to substitute the salad for your entree if that is what you want to do.

You will apparently not be permitted to substitute appetizers for desserts.
