A Jersey week question.....okay two questions

Also, just want to put out there that only the public schools close during Jersey week, not the private/Catholic schools - so there are still quite a few kids that don't have off.

My children are in Catholic school and they have off. We are going down to WDW for Jersey Week 10/30 - 11/6.
