Just back from the World. We rented a car at MCO for our 10 day trip. I had a rate from Avis that I thought was good. However, I learned the various National codes from this board and thanks to this board, was able to joini the Emerald Club for free and get a great rate from National.
Emerald Club is amazing! You go to where the cars are, pick one out, drive off, return your car, they glance over it and then print out a receipt right then. And the rate was correct, listing all my codes, etc. The time it took to get the car and return it was less than 5 minutes on each end. INCREDIBLE! Many thanks for the tips and codes!!!
