A Grumpy Grandpa Shirt Design plz

My father (this will be his first trip) will be taking DS to WDW this fall and I would like to have a cute shirt for DS to wear to surpise my father with. My father likes DS to call him "Grumpy Grandpa" So we have been buying him all things Grumpy from Snow White. I am hoping someone can make us a design I can transfer onto a shirt that has a picture of Grumpy with the words saying "My Grandpa is Grumpy" or something similar for DS to wear.
