Thanks for the link. I think that I have ran across that site before, but never bookmarked it. I did this time. It will make you really think when you see the numbers out there like that. I just need to get in the habit of looking at that before going out.

Hey I used to manage a Pizza Hut and once you see how much oil goes into the pans before the crust goes in, you think twice before you bite into it. Pizza Hut also has mini thins, the same size as the personal pan but with thin crust and only a kind of nonstick spray gets used on those. I used to get them veggie lover's with no cheese and extra, extra sauce on the side.

Yikes! One of my favs is nachos bellgrande from taco bell. Wow is it a eye opener.

It is no wonder America is becoming more and more obese.

It is amazing to me how much crap I put in my body.

I printed my downfalls and leave them over my visor, so when I think about the drive thru - I look up and drive by.

I see why we are a nation of the "Pooh" sized

Wow! That was an eye-opener.

The good thing, though, is that for all the restaurants I looked at, there are a few reasonable choices. We will be taking a long road trip soon and will surely be hitting some fast food places so I'm going to make a note of the better choices and try to stick to those.
