I’ll provide more details later, but we had a fantastic trip from 2/27 thru today, with 5 days in the parks! The crowds were VERY manageable, especially on Saturday and Sunday! Due to the rain, those two days, which were predicted by Touring Plans and other calendars to be 8/10 crowd-wise, ended up being a 3/10 and a 2/10! We were able to walk on to several rides and do them multiple times in a row. It was amazing. Thanks to all who helped me plan this trip.

multiple times in a row....that is fantastic!!!!....did you discover the dwarf for which Snow White made the pie??

No, but Snow White was one of the rides we were able to do a few times in a row. We also did Mr. Toad, Pinocchio, Winnie the Pooh, and Splash Mountain twice in a row. Even though they were mostly less popular rides, it was still really cool to be able to do them consecutively. We also walked right onto the teacups, the carousel, and Pirates. CA Adventure was busier than DL Sat and Sun, but we mostly used MaxPass there and still didn’t wait in long lines.

This is a rather wacko question, but did you happen to notice if the trees were blooming around the partner's statue? I know they usually bloom in March, but I wondered if they'd be delayed after all the cool weather. After a looonngg winter in Utah, I need color when I get there on Friday!!

I didn’t notice, but I’ll look thru my photos when I get a chance. We took a few pics in front of the statue. :)

Thanks for your response:). You would have noticed if they were in bloom, they are take your breath away beautiful.

I KNEW I had seen your face somewhere! Now I know for sure. I saw y’all quite few times during our trip. Y’all were lined up behind us one morning at DL gate. We were the two LSU fans. Not sure if you remember us lol

I do not recall them blooming but didn’t really focus on that

WonkaKid's post from the past Sunday has a photo of the National Guard flyover by the partners statue and the trees do not appear to be blooming.

Also the rider switch was more helpful than usual since we had 5 days. Normally

NO WAY! I totally remember you guys! Small world, huh? Side note: how did you guys fare during Magic Morning that Thursday when we were lined up behind you? That first hour was the only part of our trip that didn’t go as well as we had hoped. We had planned to hit up all the FL rides as we normally would, but that morning FL was super crowded, probably because it started at 8 rather than 7. We were only able to get on Dumbo the whole hour. After that, though, we got our bearings and had a BLAST!

SO glad you had a great trip! After all the stress and worry about the refurbs, the magic came through after all! :)

Out of our 4 days in the park that was by far the one morning we didn’t accomplish much (and the only morning we did rope drop). I think all we did before the other lands opened was teacups and mr toad. I think if Space Mtn would have been open that would have eaten up a lot more people, but it was just way too many people for basically just fantasyland
