Hi guys! This isn't really a trip report, but it's something neat that happened to us on our recent trip. Myself, DW, and DS (5 months old) were at AK on MLK day. After the first showing of Lion King we took our time rounding up the stroller then decided to change his diaper. Afterwards we got in Goofy's line for pics, then to Mickey. DS was starting to fuss - we told Mickey please don't be offended, that DS was hungry. We then sat on the bench near the courtyard of Camp Minnie/Mickey near the restroom and started feeding DS his bottle. I noticed the characters lines were now gone, for the next Lion King show had started. The next thing that happened that Minnie walked over and sat on the bench next to DW and started to cuddle DS as he was being fed. Soon after Mickey also came over. There was no room to sit so he kneeled on the ground to cuddle with DS also. It was hard to figure out what he wanted by his motions, be we finally figured out that he wanted to feed DS. We let him with DW providing back up holding of DS. By this time after our shock of this great experience was wearing off I began to look around. Mickey & Minnie and us had started to attract a crowd. I also noticed their CM "escorts" shaking their heads as to not approve. But we all know who rules the roost. I even heard a woman walking by talking to her 2 older daughters "January is a wonderful time for Disney World! You wouldn't see this in July."
Sorry so long. I will post a restaurant report later. Yes we purchase one of the photos of this experience (in case the pics from our camera didn't turn out). I would have the photo show with my signature but do not know how to do that.
