My DH's mother is an artist. I think my DH inhereted her "artistic eye." It drives me crazy that we go on vacation and I take thousands of pictures and he takes a couple of hundred with his Panasonic point and shoot and inevitably ends up taking the money shot photo that I don't even come close to. Oh, and he doesn't let me forget it either!
Here's one he took at Yosemite.
LOL, that's my situation. Years ago both my wife and I had cameras on our honeymoon tour of the west. I had spent a number of years learning how to take that ideal picture. I would study a scene awhile before taking a picture. Along comes my wife glances at the scene, points the camera and click.
Guess who got the better picture?....not me.
She just has that feel.
