A fun thread with no drama

Hahaha. Oh brothers.
I thought it was a very emotional ending, and I could definitely relate to it, but idk, I just didn't cry.

I made the mistake of reading too many reviews on the movie's Yahoo page, and over and over they kept saying there wouldn't be a dry eye in the theater during the last half hour, and usually I'm an exception to that cliche, but holy cow.

I guess part of the reason I cried is because I gave a bunch of my old toys to a little girl down the street years ago, and they moved away a while later.

But I digress. As usual.

I cried because Andy had to leave behind all his toys, and although he wanted to take Woody, he left him to a new home and a new owner.

My parents cried because "he goes to college and you're going to college next year and  "
Yeah, I'm only about to be a junior in high school, but the parallels aren't that far off. AND OH MY GOSH, when he introduced Woody to Bonnie, I thought I was going to completely lose it as opposed to just remain sitting there quietly with tears running down my face.

It was kind of funny, though. There was this "hip" 20-something couple behind us, I could hear them crying, and some dude in front of me who was probably in his 40s was just blubbering.

i don't get why my dad gets the script newsletters from their website and i don't.
i've been a member for so long, my username is 'ellie' as in, that wasn't taken when i signed up. xD
he signs up the other day and gets told about a secret competition and enters me in it.
why didn't they tell me? o.o

I want to go to Dinosaur World on Christmas Day just to test their claim to being open daily.

Do we have to fight? I'm tired. Can't we just all be Death Eaters?

x2.

Holding hands and excepting death... </3
I really thought for a split second that they were going to end the movie there.

Oh, but if they did, can you imagine what kind of spike in suicides nationwide would take place?

Okay, so I exaggerate. But still, the Pixar folk probably wouldn't be able to live with themselves if they did that, but I don't doubt it's crossed the minds of some people behind the movie.

I know. it would have been dreadful, but it was clearly a possible fate for the toys. I'm glad they had the characters come so close to death, but escape. Pixar has always been great at pulling our heart strings

Mhm. Monsters Inc., left me feeling really sad, TS3 just left me in tears, and Wall-E left me...sleeping.

(Don't freak out. We started watching it close to midnight. Couldn't help it.)

AND I STILL NEED TO SEE UP.

THE SPOILERS! THEY BURN!

In all seriousness, could you guys please put the TS3 spoilers in white or at least warn people that spoilers are coming?

Haha that's fine then, but you should give it another try :P
AND YES YOU DO. I watched it again last week. Still so good!

I'm sorry! That was careless on our part.

Sorry, I don't think I posted any spoilers not in white, but if I did, my bad!

We couldn't find it On Demand last week so we watched Breakfast Club instead. popcorn::

And yeah, from what I remember of Wall-E it was good, but I dozed off and all of a sudden there was a giant ship. o_O

Breakfast Club is an equally good movie.
I haven't watched it in over a year.. I should.

Teen movies form the 1980's are just awesome in general.

But while I understand that both BC and Up are good in their own respects, it made me laugh that an R-rated movie and a Pixar classic (?) were being compared to some degree.
