A flasher on my block

Seems some 19 yo guy from another town exposed himself to the 16 yo girl who lives across the street from me. He did it right on our block. This happened yesterday at 4 pm! I was home at the time and my 10 yo dd was two houses away with her friend in her yard

Lucky I didn't see him do it, I would've castrated him myself
The girl got a license plate and the Detectives arrested him last night. I hate perverts!

I always feel kind of sorry for pathetic souls like that who get their jollies by doing something like that. He obviously has "issues" with women, relationships, sexuality, and numerous other things.

Basically, they are looking for a reaction. If they don't get one, it kind of takes the "thrill" out of it.

I've been flashed twice. Once just out of high school on my way home from a road trip to Florida. I made it all the way to Florida and back with no problems. Get back into Indiana and some creep pulled his wanker out at a stop light and wiggled his eyebrows. My girlfriend and I just laughed about it but it did freak me out just because I wasn't sure what else this weirdo might pull!

I got flashed again about a year ago. With a few years behind me and after a few babies it didn't shock me much. I took my thumb and my finger and put them together like I was showing him a small size ifyaknowwhatimean He drove away more embarrassed than I was. It definitely is the shock that they are looking for.

Little smokies don't shock me anymore. LOL

I got flashed several times in my childhood. What was up with that???? It scared the crap out of me, I know that. It was always just these normal looking guys, just walking along the street or whatever, and then WHAM! So bizarre.

I'm sure the flasher will get arrested for doing that in front of a minor. That's some serious jailtime.

I remember in college that there was a man who, um, pleasured himself behind one of the dorms in a wooded area. It took a few days for the cops to find him. I remember seeing signs where people asked him to "keep his hands to himself." No joke!

I wouldn't be so sure about that. When I was in HS I had a guy in his 30's "stalk" me for over a year and expose himself more than once. He got 6 mos probation.
