I really enjoyed reading your TR, thanks for taking the time. When you requested an upgrade to concierge, did they upgrade you for free or did you pay the difference? And if you don't mind me asking, how much was the difference (trying to get an idea of whether they charge the difference in rack rate or something lower). Thanks!
