A Few Thoughts!

VMK and the DIS boards seem like a good match to me. All things Disney! And I appreciate being able to exchange game information etc. with a sub set of players from vmk.

I'm constantly impressed by the level of vigilance (good vigilance!) the mods have always displayed on this board... nothing seems to get by them, and I am so glad for it. Seriously, how do you gals have time to do anything else?

I, too, want to thank the mods for the great work they do here on the vmk board! As others have said in their responses, this board is unique in the fact that people of all ages are welcome here to share their vmk experiences. Along with the varied ages, so also comes the varied maturity levels. Some of the less mature people may not fully understand or respect the moderators' authority. The mods clean up, sort out, organize and delete as they feel necessary to keep this forum running like a top! Would any of us want it to operate any other way? They have organized games for us, been helpful, caring, understanding, and open to all reasonable suggestions. Please respect the mods and the choices they make, although you may not always agree with them.

I would also like to add my note of appreciation for all that our mods do. As everyone can see here, the posts saying how grateful we are far exceed the posts of those complaining about changes that need to be made. So I would conclude that all is well on the VMK boards, despite those people who can never be satisified.

Whether or not you hear (read) it, we really do appreciate all that you do for us!

I found the DIS through my love of Disney. But, because the site seems more trip planning oriented, I frequented other sites more than DIS until I got curious enough to visit the VMK board. I saw the fun you all were having and I started playing VMK. Now, I barely visit other sites and have basically made the DIS VMK fourm my home.
Now I have no idea what I'd do if the VMK forum and Mods disappeared. It would seem like a part of me would be missing.

So, many thanks and hugs to all of our mods for their great (and sometimes challenging for them) work.
