A few simple questions...

What is Disney currently selling AKV for at this moment (I know someone asks this question once every week)?

What are the incentives?

Im here now and thinking of adding on a few points to my AKV contract same use year...will this be a separate contract (just in case I decided to sell in the future will it be separate from my current or will it be one large contract)?

Would it be easier to just make an appointment to see my guide or do one of those Vacation as You would like events (no phoning is not an option since I called in June to do the add on and gave hime my cc info and all and he told me all my points would be in my account within 7-10 that was four weeks ago)?

Our points were in our account the next day. Follow up with your Guide or get a new one.

When you do add on, if it's the same UY, it will be in your same account, but with a .1 or .2 after it, and so, you could always sell just that part or the original one if you wanted to. We have about 18 of these little parts in our DVC account!

As far as AKV, we have a March UY and awhile back, I think they were out of March UY, and if we bought, I wouldn't get '09 points. I am not 100% sure of this, but there was a reason we decided not to add on. If I were you, I would call my guide again...or since you're at WDW, get ahold of DVC from the resort phone and they can hook you up with a place to get the answers to your questions. We've done that when there were "incentives" to buy in the villa that we hadn't heard of. It turns out they were for new purchasers.

Current add-on prices for AKV are:

Under 50 points full price $112
50-99 points $13 off = $99/pt
100-124 points $19 off = $93/pt
125+ points $21 off = $91/pt

If you buy add-on it will be in same use year you currently have and for purposes of reserving, banking or borrowing, all your points in same use year will be treated as one whole. For purposes of resale, you can sell the add-on as a seperate contract. If you called to purchase and guide did not follow through, you should call to get a new guide.
