Hi All - a few questions for the pros on the board...
1) It looks like the existing member incentive applies to split contracts, provided they add up to 150 total. Is there any particular combo (100/50, 75/75, 50/50/50) that tend to work out better for owners in the long run? I would assume it only really matters if you want to more easily sell off a small number points or if you want to leave it to your kids, but is there anything else to consider (other than the increased closing costs)?
2) Does "Magical Beginnings" apply, and if so, how much for VDH?
3) We recently became resale owners at VGC with an August UY. I figured any purchase at VDH would be for the same UY. Any reason not to do it? Is having mulitple waitlists really worth the administrative headache of multiple UY?
4) Are there any other discounts to be aware of other than the incentives? For example, using a specific credit card, Magic Key holders?
