A few questions for CLs and ppl who know alot about VMK

Hello my DIS friends and future friends!

I have some questions I need to get cleared up, for trading purposes. Some are based on rumors.

1. Are the rocket couches really going to be re-released? If so, does anyone know when and which colors?

2. Is INFERNO actually going to be on sale in the future? (please no...please no....please no...) if so, anyone know about when?

3. For anyone who has been to WDW (not DLR) since 12/23: Since the Pirate Quest just started at WDW last month, and you could only do it on the insider tour, and the tour ended on 12/23, is the PQ still there? And if so, is it like the other quests, where you pick the cards up in VMK central and just turn them in?

4. Is the gold/yellow/(to me, puke green) soldier really no longer available, ever? (and it is just my slight colorblindness and/or computer screen, or does it look that color to other people?)

5. I know a few people are, but has everyone been getting dc when they put up or take off a picture from the wall? I don't exactly get dc, but I can't do anything or go anywhere, or talk, so I have to exit.



I think that is all for now, seems I have another question but I can't think of it. I know some of these are rumors, and I have heard from several people (not staff). If anyone could just tell me if they heard the same thing about questions 1 and 2.....and who they heard it from (staff, CL, or regular player) that would be great. If anyone knows the information for sure, please tell me how you know!

You don't have to read the rest unless you are curious why I want to know. It should be obvious but here are my reasons:

My main reasons for 1 and 2 are, I want to collect rocket couches, but do not want to trade my good stuff for them if they are coming back out. And of course, I will just be really ticked off if inferno goes on sale since I traded the sun, moon, and stars for it. And then it will not be rare and cool anymore, just another Snowman magic....

3 I want to know b/c I'm sure they still must have the pirate quest, I can't imagine they'd only have it for a month. And I don't want to be basically giving my PQ stuff away if I cannot get it again in 90 days

4 b/c I want to know the value of the puke green (I mean YELLOW) soldier, since I was lucky enough to trade for two without even trying. I think they are awful ugly but if they are very rare I'm hanging onto them.

Haha if the yellow soldiers really are rare I'd want to trim off my offer for your bird hat then, lol Though I was in a room when they asked a staff member about the soldiers and they said that they were only available those two days, and by trading staff only. If so they're probably quite rare. Also Mia they look awful ugly to me too, I just wanted to trade for one because I had so much junk I was never going to use, and it sounded like those soldiers weren't going to be available for very long, so I doubt it's your computer

Was the soldier in your offer? I couldn't remember but I thought there was something in there really good

You can leave it out if you didn't know it was rare and want to keep it.

1. I don't know. Hope so, I liked the rockets from the first day I saw them and would love to have every color too. I have only heard players say it, never staff, I asked one last week, he promised to go "look it up" for me but he never came back to the room.

2. I don't know. Don't care. If I had one I would trade for Mansion Room and gold snowman.

3. We went to WDW on Dec. 23. My husband was the first person in the door for the VIP tour that day. They had to go to back room for the tour book for him. They told him: "normally we do 20 people on a tour but today we are only doing 10 because of the holiday and it is booked solid for today already by people that came yesterday. Take your tour card or tour pdf form to VMK Central and they will give you all the tour cards you could have got on the tour" and it did include all the pirate stuff. But there was no pirate quest question form to fill out. It might be in the future. I think after the first of the year when the pdf and vip card expire you will know. Maybe pirate will go away like Haunted Mansion. They mention Monsters Inc. on their web site. Oh, if we could only know the future.

4. Puke green, is good description of the color I see **when** I can see it at all. Sometimes it is red, sometimes the blue and the green soldiers are red, to me. I was in a room tonight and a girl couldn't believe the owner had a blue soldier in his room, there was only one there, and it was red for me. I think yellow soldier will be like candy cauldon, only here for holiday then gone until next year. I tried to trade for candy cauldon in the staff room the other day when they were trading anything for anything, but I couldn't stay connected. I did luck into 2 yellow soldiers myself, there is only thing I would trade one of them for.


5. I don't have any on the wall to start with so I don't know.


Your reason for 1 & 2 are funny, on one hand you want the rare to come back on sale because *you want it*, on the other hand you don't want the rare to go back because you *don't want anyone else* to have it.

I don't care who else has something as long I do too.

Puke green, is good description of the color I see **when** I can see it at all. Sometimes it is red, sometimes the blue and the green soldiers are red, to me. The soldier thing is a bug, sometimes they all sometimes look red. I had to put a pic up next to the blue one in my trade room saying that it is actually blue

As for inferno, I didn't say I didn't want anyone else to have it, just that I traded SOOOOO much for it and that would make me regret it. Also, if it goes on sale, then there would only be one really coveted item on VMK, the green flips. It's nice to have a few things that are next to impossible to get. If inferno goes on sale, no one will care about it anymore b/c everyone will have one. People will say, "yay! Inferno is for sale! I can finally get it!" And then realize that the magic is just not that cool: it's only cool b/c it's rare. Make sense? Sorry it's 2 a/m here

Well i don't exactly know about the other stuff but i know about the dc thing mine doesn't dc when i take a picture off the wall but just about every single time i go to the Music Street thing I Crash! it did that TWO times but that is because i only went in it two times if it ever does that again i'm going to be mad cause i dc enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah and about that soldier thing mine is green and red but sometimes when i go in my room they are BOTH red! but sometimes the room thing does mess up and i have to go to it again to fix it

Ya, I really hope they fix the "color" bug with the soldiers. Doesn't help when you have a blue or gold one in your room for trade and someone thinks it's red. Actually, now that I think about it, they probably never will fix it because they still have not fixed the same issue with the green and red boxes (the travel trunk or whatever they are called..when they look gray)....and the yin/yang lamps (when they look......gray). That is really annoying, the lamps I don't mind so much, and the boxes look stupid when you have a lot of red ones and a few of them look gray to some people, but two of the soldiers are rare so that is a REAL pain.

Also, some people see different colors of things. A girl came in my room before I knew about the solider color thing and asked for my blue soldier. I was like, "there is no blue soldier in here, must be in my inventory still". She walked over to it and said "it's right here!" I clicked on it and sure enough, it said blue. So she saw the right color and I didn't.

Fix it, VMK!!!!!
