hiya! well its our 3rd trip to dlp coming up in june half term (along with almost everybody else on here by the looks of it!) me, OH, DS1 (10) DS2 (7) DS3 (4) & DS4 (5months) and i have a few questions, my boys are now really into pirates of the carribean films and i was hoping they might get a chance to see jack sparrow character around the park, does anyone know if they have one?? also is there anything to do with phineas and ferb now? they werent into it last year so i didnt really notice anything but now its all DS2 is watching!!

we all have annual passes (apart from the baby!) and are also travelling with some friends who dont have passes. if we all go to the character tea party together and we pay for everyone would we get AP discount for everyone or just for us who have the passes? sorry if this seems like a silly question but it could potentially save us all a load of money!

another daft question probably but are there bottle warmers in any restaurants for the baby or will they let me use a microwave? would i be better taking a flask of hot water and doing it myself?

and finally..... (for now, lol) .... if this is allowed? is anyone going to be visiting in the next few days and would be willing to grab, and post out to me some of the park guides for the kids travel packs please? i would paypal you the postage of course! im making up bags for all the kids for the journey and really wanted 6 of the guides to put in so they can get as excited as me and start planning what they want to see before we get there. my friends 2 kids have never been and dont really know what to expect and my friend doesnt use the internet so hasnt seen this very helpful site!! also remember reading somewhere that people have sent postcards from DLP pretending to be from the big Mouse himself, inviting them to visit. is this something that still happens? cant find it now so dont know if i was dreaming.....

thanks to everyone for all the fab advice i have read on here, you are all really amazing xxxxxxxxxx

Hi, my ds is Jack Sparrow mad too :lmao: He met him a couple of weeks ago - there is a meet and on the programme it says 'near pirates beach'. This is actually the play area beside Captain Hook's ship. He seemed to appear out of knowhere :rotfl: It's not a queued meet, therefore I'd suggest getting there about 15 minutes before the scheduled time. It's actually a good place to hang about as it's a childs play area, so they can keep happy :goodvibes

I've not seen anything about Phineas and Ferb unfortunately.

I don't have an annual pass, but from what I understand, yes you can get discount on everyone eating at the table. They don't need to be pass holders.

Sorry, I can't help with bottle warmers either, but I'm sure someone will be along to help with that shortly :)

ooooh thanks ms poppins!! cant wait to see jack! is he 'wobbly' like the real one? hope so!! is captain hooks ship open now? was all boards up around it when we last went. can the kids play on it or is it a ride?
pirate:

im getting really excited now just cant wait for that feeling when you walk down the street an see the castle for the first time! got butterflies!!!
:cheer2:

Yes, he was very wobbly :lmao:

And yes, Captain Hook's ship is open for business :thumbsup2 You can go on for a look around the deck, but not really anything to do. I've got some photos on my trip report, in my signature.

Not long now for your trip - I wish we were going again :)
