A few more PhotoCD questions

I have two questions about the PhotoCD.

1. Is there a limit to the number of pictures you can get on the CD? Is there a price rise or anything like that after x number of pictures?

2. Can you put more than one card on one CD? If we forgot our card one day or something like that.

No, no limit to the photos and no change in price. There is a maximum capacity of the CDs (like 700 or something) but if you have more photos than that, DL will just give you a 2nd CD to accomodate everything.

Yes, you can add as many Photopass cards as you need to with no limit.

Okay, as far as Question #1 - No. There is no limit to the number of pictures you can get on one PhotoPass account as far as I know, and if there is, the limit is somewhere in the thousands!! One of our regular PhotoPass users on the DIS - Dizneydaz - once had an account going with over 2000 pictures on it!! What they do is if they run out of space on one CD, they just put the overflow on a second CD or third CD, etc. But, as far as I know, there is no extra charge. It is still the same $59.95 + $7.00 (U.S.) shipping charge. Now if you order a duplicate/extra copy of the CD for someone, then I think they charge an additional $19.95 or something similar.

Question #2 - Yes! You can add multiple PhotoPass card numbers onto one account. This way, as you said, if you forget the card you used the day before in the hotel room, you can get another one when you go into the parks. Or, if you go with a group of people and everyone splits up for a time, everyone can get their own PhotoPass cards and take their own pictures. One designated person should then be assigned to collect and keep all the PP cards at the end of the trip and start the online account. You enter in all the numbers from all the cards and all of the photos will show up and are ready for editing!!
