a few BWV add on questions- is it time?

So we have been giving serious thought of adding on (again) and think the time might be right for a 150pt (or more ) BWV resale add on.
A few questions for the group:
Will DVC extend BWV like they did with OKW?
If thats in the cards is it smart to buy now or wait till after this takes place?
Is DVC still only looking at BCV for ROFR?
And the big question- what is the right price? (i would really love to pay $58 per point)

No one knows about the expiration but since BWV doesn't even expire for another 31 years, I would not worry too much about it. From what I understand, the process for extending OKW didn't go very well so not sure Disney will attempt it again.

Based on what has been reported here on the board, and reinforced by some from the TSS, Disney does seem to still only ROFR'ing BCV.

As far as price, anything is possible. It is really a matter of finding a BWV owner who is selling who is willing to accept what you want to pay. The only way to know is to put in an offer for a contract you like and see what happens.

That was nothing more than a rumor and at this point, that is all it still is. I did read somewhere on the internet (can't remember where) that those ideas were being thrown around by DVC, but after a lot of research and whatever else they before making a decision about policy, they were probably not going to move forward with many of the ideas that were leaked to the public.

Of course, no one knows for sure.

The OKW extension didn't go over well. Why pay an extra $15 a point for something you won't use until 2042? Then they raised the price to $20 a point and finally to $25 a point.

They need to wait until a date closer to 2042 to offer an extension.
