A&E No Longer To Have Visiting Princess

Why would "Aurora" cost less in one location than she does in another?
I didn't understand that reasoning either.

I assume the change is so that guests who want to meet the visiting princesses don't have to wait 2+ hours.

Who do I have to write a letter to in order to get a M&G for Kristoff?! lol

I am sooooo hoping that Kristoff gets to make party appearances! The other princesses meet with their princes, so hopefully A&E will do the same.

My kids would flip if Hans were out in the park during the party, too. We'll have to see if he's one of the villains that show up during the villains event at DHS.

Here are pictures of the two set-ups. You can see even Memory Maker recognizes that A&E are separate for the second M&G

A&E together

Anna (she was first)

Elsa alone

Saw Aurora in May after meeting A&E and must say she was amazing with DD (2) who grabbed her finger and said "oh is your boo boo better"? She assured her it was and talked with her at some length about Maleficent being gone etc.... made LO so happy! Though my children love frozen and were so excited to see A&E they are still talking about Aurora! She should stay for sure. We had a FP but if people are waiting hours I think they deserve three princesses! Lines will be long regardless for A&E.:confused3

The second time, it was just A&E and they were on separate sides.

Well, if this arrangement stays we'll be bolting after Elsa. ;) She's the only one my 2yo likes and lets anywhere near her. Poor Anna.

Great pics! A&E alone does not seem right. I like them together! :)

When we were there, Anna was first when they were separate. So you could just give her a friendly wave, and a "We gave at the office" and pass right on by

This is funny.... While we were standing in line the mom ahead of us while standing next to Anna tells her daughter " don't worry sweetie Mommy knows you don't like Anna so I will stand next to her in the picture" Annas face was priceless!!!!!!

Why would "Aurora" cost less in one location than she does in another?

Aurora would cost less in Town Square by herself because they would only be paying for one cast member to be friends with her for probably an eight hour shift or shorter. Where in Fairytale Hall, there are two rooms, so double Aurora, meeting continuously all day, which means atleast two friends of Aurora alternating for each room, from park open to close. One friend of Aurora doing five or six forty minute sets with a twenty minute break a day is a lot cheaper.

My guess is that moving the VP out of the A&E M&G has less to do with speeding up the line and more to do with pacifying guests who want to see the other princesses and NOT have to wait in a 2, 3, 4, even 5+ hour line to do so. If your child's favorite princess is Aurora, and the only way to see her was to wait in the ridiculous A&E line, that probably wouldn't make you too happy.

I have not been in that venue, but I would think it will enable multiple sets, similar to Mickey in Town Square.
They've already got two rooms going now!!!

I have to agree. When we were there, the guests took a long time with A&E, there was seldom anyone waiting for Aurora...she was a quick hug and chat. I imagine that if you really want to see her, it's going to be annoying to wait in line for over 90 mins!!!

We did the meet three times. Twice with FP+. the third time, dd got a text from her friend telling her that she was going to be 'anna's friend' that night...from 12:40AM to 1:30AM!!! Oh dear God. We got to MK at about 11, and got in line! We got towards the front of the line and started letting people go in front of us...wanted to wait until 12:40!!! They thought we were nuts! When we got to the front of the line, ready to go in, we asked to go to Room A...then we had to wait a bit longer since that room was full. But we got to visit with dd's friend....lots of squealing going on in that room, that's for sure! We had already visited her when she was friending Ariel earlier in the week!

But man, that line is ridiculous! Once you get in the room, it's another 10 mins...the characters spend a fair amount of time with each guest! They make it a very personal chat!!!

I'm having dd text her friend to see what the deal is going to be in those rooms.
