Another great trip report! I have been binge reading whenever I get the chance, so I haven't been able to comment, just a couple of "likes" as I went along (catching up from 10 days off work is no joke!). I noticed from your photo about to cross the finish line that your clock time was 14 minutes ahead of mine so I bet our paths crossed on the marathon course! But I never saw the awesome butterfly! Congratulations on finishing strong after your up and down year. I knew you would!

I'm so so happy for you reaching your goal of finishing the marathon--way to go! It was an up and down journey, but totally worth it, yes?
It was so nice to meet you at the Dis meet up. I'm rather stand offish/shy myself but when I saw you walk up, you just felt like a long lost friend-I mean I've read all of your TRs at least once each! And I'm so impressed that you knew everyone that was at the meet-up. I recognized a few but couldn't figure out everybody-I should have asked who was who, but well, did I mention I'm stand offish/shy? Especially in a group that size.

Anyway, great job!

I could definitely see the benefit of being solo on race weekend too! I would be too tempted to stay up late with others!

Thanks! Yeah apparently he hangs out in Town Square? The couple times I have met him at 'Ohana he was pretty rushed to get to the next table, so this one was really fun!

"Real Life" has been mostly good...currently fighting off a little bug or something, and some random hip flexor pain...?! Just cooperate for a few more weeks, body!!

Thank you for reading! Yeah with the phone cases it's a little tough because I think you can only get them in Downtown Disney. It would be nice if they had them available online afterward!...just like with all of the race merchandise. Not sure why Disney doesn't do this?

The only other place I've been able to get the cases is at D-Tech in Magic Kingdom. It's in the Space Mountain gift shop. Would definitely be nice to order online!
