Sorry, I am sure this info is out there, but the search keeps timing out, o it may be time for a rehash anyway.
Does anyone know what hours the Magical Express Bus runs from the airport? We are arriving at around 6:30 a.m. and I don't want to be waiting for hours for the bus. The flight we are looking at to return leaves MCO at around 10 A.M. and interestingly enough the Disney Travel people don't seem to know of it's existance (Delta flt 1695). I am going to call again with the flight number today, but I was thinking that the reason they might not offer it is that you might need to be at the airport before the buses start running. Which only feeds the fear of being stuck at the airport for hours.

We arrived at Orlando in April at 1:00 am and took DME. So given the fact that we arrived at 1 in the morning, they must run 24/7.

There was someone near the baggage carousel with DME that directed us.

This same person told us that in the late evening hours/early morning hours they recommend that you get your own luggage at the carousel and have the driver put in on the bus with you. That way you can get to your room and don't have someone waking you up at 3:00 am with your luggage! But they are happy to do it either way. (We took their suggestion and got our luggage from the carousel).

We picked up our luggage at the carousel and went downstairs where a wonderful DME CM helped me and my children take our luggage right out to the bus. The driver loaded it on, 1 other person got on the bus and within 5 minutes we were headed out. It was a wonderful experience for us! I will never rent a car again, as long as they have the DME!

Our bus was a nice touring bus, with plush seats and foot rests. Nicer than the park transportation buses. Driver unloaded our luggage as soon as we arrived at Pop Century and there were no problems whatsoever. :)

It is available 24/7. Since you make a 'reservation' and they have your flight times and info they know you are comming. You will be at your resort and in the parks before you know it!

We arrived on AA flight at 12:56am. There were about 7-8 DME buses waiting downstairs (going to different Disney resorts). There were about 3 people working at their desk (downstairs past the rental car). Obviously they weren't very busy at that time of the morning, only 1 other person on the bus with us. Our bus stopped at Carribean Resort first and then on to Pop Century.

I was a little worried coming in at that time, but there were no worries whatsoever and our bus was waiting for us! Personally I think arriving at this time was great. I noticed they have queue lines off to the side, so I think at certain times of the day it can get very busy and you might have to wait longer.
