A Disney Marching Band Show!? Help Needed...

My son's marching band did Disney music all 4 years, and I never heard of any problems. I'm sure the music was purchased. Of course being in Anaheim there might have been some arrangement I wasn't aware of. This was 10+ years ago, maybe things have changed.

Trying to remember the music ... Tarzan, Fantasia 2000, Atlantis, Treasure Planet. Ok, not classic stuff, but current at the time.

Our band is doing a Disney theme this year too... but rather than deal with the complexities of Disney licensing our director chose a Fantasia theme. All classical music by well known composers, and the drill and guard costumes/flags will evoke images from the film.
