A Disney Experiment?

In trying to plan my WDW trip this year, I thought of a cool (possibly bad but possibly good) idea. T'would be interesting and fun to WDW and meet up with other strangers and spend the week with them. Strangers from DISboards who love Disney as much as the rest of us. It would be fresh, exciting and fascinating! You already know you'll get along because of where you are and what you'll love but it will be fun to learn about these people through the week and get to know them. It's an adventure in itself and it would make an already wonderful vacation even more interesting.

If anyone here would be interested in taking part, please let me know. Obviously we'll have to go with the honor system and promise each other we're not psycho killers? Right, guys? Come on.

So let me know who would be interested. I'm thinking Septemberish. Free dining, no crowds. Good rates.

There are a LOT of people here on the Dis Boards that meet and if you do a search you'll find the threads....there are a few on the Solo and Adult travelers thread.....it helps if you give a little more info....single traveler? family wanting to meet up with other families ? Just no posting of personal info (last name address phone numbers which of course you know right ?)

There is a group of us going in May, and I believe there are plans for an october trip for Food and Wine. Many of us meet at WDW several times a year. Check out the May 2010 thread here on the adult and solo traveler thread and the Singles for the love of Disney thread.

Just a few solo souls looking to spend a week with other solo travelers who share the same passion for Disney as they do.

I'm looking at possibly booking a studio for the last week of September to head down by myself. Still on the fence though. The other option was to just hunt for a great last minute trip and head to somewhere in Europe for that week.

If I head to WDW I'd be happy to spend time with some other Disney crazy folks....

lol I would vote for the jaunt to Europe myself... but there are always people coming and going from the threads at WDW plus some locals.

WDW4life - You should start an official September 2010 trip meet thread in this adult/solo forum (similar to the December 2010 Christmas meet thread I am a part of) - that should get you a group of people that are traveling around the same time who might want to meet up.
