I've been buying Hallmark Christmas ornaments for years and several years ago started purchasing two each of "most" styles offered for the kid's (yea right that's what I tell my husband anyway) collections. Now we finally have a large rotating tree covered in Disney ornaments. I think Hallmark does a very nice job on most of the designs, there have been a few over the years I have passed on. This year I really loved the Castle ornament (oops typed pin . . . pins on the brain haha) and after our trips this year was able to buy 10 more today via hallmark.com at 50% off. I think having 12 of these on the tree next year, with various colored lights inserted in the base will fondly remind us of Cinderella's Castle before the night parades & fireworks. Also had picked up two of the Merry Carolers, added 2 more at 1/2 off yesterday and another 4 today from hallmark.com. Hallmark still has a long way to go to represent a majority of the Disney characters & movies, maybe if they too would slow down on the 100 Acre Wood Gang they could offer some others that have been left out over the years. This year I was also able to add the WDW Tinkerbell Tree topper and the personalized felt skirt from the catalog. The kids really LOVED the tree and have even had the Disney characters the theme of their new Christmas games, Hangman word game using names of Disney characters, our new Monster's Life game and Disney Guess Words, although the latter was hard to play with a 7 & 4 year old.

I bought most of Hallmark's Disney collection this year. The only ones I don't have are the Mickey & Minnie Sweetheart (I'll get them if they to 75% off), the pooh in the book and the Story for Pooh which I'm also waiting to see if I can get cheaper.

<----- I do love the castle! I limited myself to 2 - love your Idea about doing a whole tree with them!

I have 100's of ornaments and as I decorate this house I'm putting them on shelves and other places. I've hung a few from the frame of the pass bar going to the kitchen. They are all "flying" ones, A Mickey Hot Air Balloon, Dumbo, Alladin, Micky in a plane and Peter Pan.

I've also found that pins can be added to the displays :D Gepetto & Pinocho are with the Jiminy Cricket ornament from this year and the Figaro pin from TDS.

I do save some for a regular Christmas tree but no Disney, just more standard Christmas fare.
