hey I've been good...lately!

Now THAT really worries me!!!

we had a tough afternoon...Megan was still so sad that recital was over and missing Jim SO much...we had lots of tears and cuddles throughout the afternoon and evening...hate seeing her in such pain, let her sleep with me and she did sleep soundly which is good, I was afraid she would have some bad dreams so I didn't sleep well keeping an eye on her...hoping she is feeling better today...



not going to do too much today, might just work on some swap stuff then hang with my girl when she gets home from school.

Lisa, I am so sorry that Megan was having such a tough time! I guess it never really gets any easier. Thoughts and prayers and for both of you!!!

And Marv HAS to come since I am the one who remembered to invite him...Love you Marv! WHERE are you!!!???!!!

Sorry ladies, busy with more work and just life in general! But I haven't forgotten you........and I haven't forgotten about the huge upcoming DISmeet! Will definitely make it sometime while Lisa and Megan are there................

............after all, they are making the effort to come throw me a big bash!!!

I'm so sorry to hear that Megan is having a hard time. I lost my dad very suddenly when I was 20, so I know the pain of missing your daddy when it comes to big events, or even little daily things. Hugs to her (and you)!

still feeling a bit tired, can't wait for the weekend....Megan just got up and is ready to get to school....counting today only 10 more days of school!!!!!!!!!!!

massage was great...she is really working out a lot of my old neck injuries scar tissue and my migraines are now only 1 day long instead of 2-3 days


we start school the wed after labor day and should be getting out june 21, but have snow days to make up...they don't take away snow days from anyother scheduled days off here, just tack them onto the end

today going to scrapbook a bit this morning before heading out for the day!

buy flowers to bring to Jim and my daddy for fathers day
go to our last grief counseling before the summer break
head up to BIL for nephew's high school grad open house for a quick drive-by

maybe get a few more pages scrapped tonight.


tomorrow going to be home all day, need to do a good cleaning and get laundry done for the week and hopefully scrap a few more pages - working on our Feb DLR trip

I hope tomorrow doesn't affect Megan too badly -- Father's Day is hard without a father. Mine died 4 years ago and I still cry every time I think about it. We'll have a good day tomorrow though as the kids get to celebrate Dad.

thanks Andrea ....Megan wouldn't get out of the car today again at the cemetary, just too hard for her....we did see her grandpa today and he was very sweet to her....my dad's been gone over 9 years and miss him every day

I know today will be an especially tough one for Megan, I truly can't imagine..but I care so deeply! Huge and to you both on this difficult day. For your own Dad, for Andrea's, for Clairemolly's, and for Pete's (his first year without him)...I send huge hugs for you all as you miss your Dad's and what they enriched in your lives.
