A Dis friend needs a little help....

Hi guys!
A friend of mine that just recently registered with the Dis (Nutsy) seems to be locked out now. We're assuming it's because of a little problem she had when she registered a couple of weeks ago. She had a terrible time getting her email add. accepted at the time of registration.... she kept getting a message telling her that her email add. was invalid. She eventually left off the .au at the end of her email add. (she's in Australia)and that worked. Today, she has tried to access the boards and hasn't been able to. She's assuming it's due to the invalid email adds. being eliminated, etc. She emailed someone about this a few days ago... (I don't know who) because she anticipated there might be a problem due to her unusual situation when registering, but it appears she's been locked out before someone was able to contact her with some advice.
I hope someone is able to make enough sense of that rambling to know what she needs to do in order to get back in. She thought of trying to re-register but assumes she'll run up again the same problem... the .au not being accepted.
