A Daily Lesson Part II: The CampbellScot's take on Animal Kingdom Lodge*update 6/5*

:cheer2: HOORAY!!!! :cheer2:

At long last - the wait is over!!! Loved Chapter 1!! And looking forward to hearing all about the CampbellScot's at AKL!!!! Love Teddy "not standing" on the chair, and Sally with her biohazard sock procedure!!! :lmao:

Hope your hand is feeling better!

Keep 'em coming! popcorn::

What a wonderful start to a Monday!! I got trip reports from both ZZUB AND MissCammie!! I loved reading your last trip report and can't wait to hear all about this one!! Although, having stayed 10 days, will you be able to finish this report in less than a year??? :rotfl:

Phew! I get home from my Disney trip, ready to battle an onset of post disney depression when what to my wondering eyes do appear? A Miss Cammie trip report!!!!:woohoo:

Whoohoo... just popped open my bottle of diet coke and found a Misscammie TR at the same time... can my afternoon get any better?

I laughed and cried --what is it that Dolly Parton said in Steel Magnolias, "laughter through tears is my favorite emotion"...can't wait to hear more of your family's adventures!!

You posted your first chapter on my birthday. Thanks for the special treat on my 40th!

That little poot had packed and extra pair of socks in her backpack to change into so that she didn’t have to wear the contaminated ones that had touched the airport floor…AND she brought a little ziplock baggie to put the contaminated socks into.

:rotfl2:
I laughed out loud at this one. Who else would've thought of that?! Such ingenuity and foresight from a 9 year old. Smart girl!

Now, everyone, raise your hand if you intend to steal the idea...

Yay Miss Cammie is back! :yay: I'm happy to hear there were no bloody noses this year. :woohoo:

I laughed about Sally and her sock procedure. For some reason it reminds me of on Monsters Inc when the monster (I can't think of his name) gets a kid's sock on him, and all of the monster's shaved him. :rotfl:

I've come out of lurking as I must sub to this thread as I find myself checking for updates everyday and then getting agitated when I have to scroll through loads of other reports to find this one :rotfl2:

Loved your last TR Misscammie and really looking forward to reading this one as well. Cant wait for part 2 :cool1:

I feel your pain with the hand, Misscammie. I've broken both of my wrists three times each now and it doesn't get any less painful with each break! Hope you feel better soon...mainly so you can write some more of your trip report! :rotfl: ;)

Oh joy of joys ! MissCammie's trip report has begun !

Hope you are healing and feeling better each day MissCammie......your fans thank you for the first chapter and await the next with breathless anticipation.

Wow - am I having a dramatic day or what ? :lmao:

Love the pic of Teddy on the waiting room chair ! I know another boy who would have done the same thing.....his last name is the same as mine ! :rolleyes1

Yay for a new report! I can't wait to see where this journey will take us!

Question for the Keen Queen...we are now a three pair Keen family. DH and the boys each own a pair. There is a major problem though. When the boys come home and take them off, their little piggies smell to high heaven! And from the playground dirt and sweaty feet, their toes have a nice little caked on grime to boot! Now I know that MissCammie and Sally would never stand for such a disgusting display from the men on their watch, so how do you avoid (or remedy) this?

I've heard about your trip reports and i'm here to experience it first hand!

OK, coming out of lurkdom... ;)

Wow, I can't believe I missed MissCammie's whole PTR. Made up for that yesterday. I'm officially caught up. :woohoo:

Here's my favorite bit from the PTR.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only "mean" mom...well step mom...who makes kids carry their own things, HEAVEN FORBID!!:scared1:  I don't even want to tell you the ugly things people said when I admitted that on the family board...that I make the kids carry their own bags and autograph books...you'd think I'd said they had to pull me on bedazzled platform and feed me grapes all day...they only did that ONCE and they LOVED It...

*ahem*

princess:

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I often suggest that kids carry their own stuff too. I guess I'll have to watch my step. :scared1:

(If anyone else missed the PTR, it's here.)

On to the TR...

Oh our Sally Rally…my my how a year changes things!

MissCammie, oh how I feel your pain! Or is that pride? My boys are growing up much too fast. At least I can still find them playing with Legos. When no one is watching.

I still say you need to turn your last TR into a book. :worship: I look forward to reading this one. Thanks so much for sharing.

needing to subscribe, was about to get all worked up when all I saw at the end of the last thread was "this is done" I was talking to my computer going "oh no" what happened?? where's misscammie, how will I find out about the trip? ...so now I'm fine again, whew....that was close.
So waiting patiently :)
