I have been lurking too....I just wanted to tell you how wonderful I think you & the children are. My parents went through a nasty divorce when I was a child so I know what Sally and Teddy are going through. With a step-mom like you I think they will be ok. It's never easy but I think they know how lucky they are to have you. Looking forward to more updates, i too had forgotten this was only day 1. So much more TR to look forward to! On my recent trip to the World we were eating in the Columbia Harbour House in my favorite spot - upstairs in the room that is over the street facing Fantasyland - and I spotted a person smoking in a non-designated smoking area and I pointed this rule breaker out to my mother - with the appropriate righteous indignation I might add. My mother replied that I have always been a rules follower and have always pointed out the rule breakers to her - especially at the World. I had to agree with her and I thought fondly of Sally and went back to eating my fries while I looked for more rule breakers. You gotta love Sally!!!!

Could you also post an update, when there is news, of how the court thing is going? Surely I'm not the only one who hopes the 'egg-donor' disappears from Sally and Teddy's lives, and every day, I wonder how they (and you) are doing.
