a cute boy gave me a rose tonight.

He was a musician I was working for at a concert. I'm a huge fan of his work, so I'm doing this for free, as a favor. He went around before he went onstage and gave all the girls he knew roses and hugs. I've been to a lot of intimate concerts, I've never seen that happen before. That was so...real. He was truely happy that every one of us came. He started with giving one to his mom, then his grandma, then my friend next to me, then me, then went outward with it. He used up two bouquets.

The concert was amazing. I was so wrapped up in the music that I almost forgot to take photos sometimes. I don't typically get distracted like that. The photos came out kindof dark and grainy. The air was dusty. I can fix that in photoshop later, though. For about an hour after the concert, my friends and I sat there and talked to him. We were all really tired and all that, so the conversation was pretty random.

I'm working with him again on monday. I'm excited. The photos came out really well. He's a lot of fun to work with. I'll also have more control over the air/lighting when we shoot again, hence, the photos will come out better.

I had a really bad valentines day, but today was wonderful. it really made up for it. I've had a great night. I'm looking forward to working this set again. The rose is on my desk right now. I'll post some pictures whenever I get the chance. =)
