A Couple Quick ??????'s

We are gettin' close to our departure date and I have a few quick questions if anyone has a few quick answers.

1) I read a while back that people said you could still "pre-order" your photopass after your trip if you ordered it before you added your photopass numbers. It was a while ago that I read this, so I don't know if it has changed. Is this still possible?

2) Our flight leaves late on our departure day and it would be nice to be able to go back to the hotel (WL) and relax before we leave. Does anyone know how much a late checkout costs?

3) We are close to our online check-in date and I have been wondering. Has anyone gotten an upgrade when they have checked-in online or is checking in at the hotel give you better odds. We booked a standard and w/o an upgrade we would be okay, but I have heard TONS of stories of upgrades at WL and it would be nice.

1) Seems to be.

2) At pop, we didn't have to pay. We just asked for a late check out and they gave us until 1:00.

3) No idea.

We have never paid for a late checkout. I think they asked us to be out by 1ish, and we actually left at 3pm last time. Mousekeeping said they would clean our room last so we had more time and it was okay to stay until they needed to clean it. We have never been given an upgrade, that sure would be a nice surprise. We are at family suites, so I don't expect any upgrade.

Hi! I had the same PhotoPass question--we leave in 11 days for our trip. I couldn't find anything about preordering on Disney's PhotoPass site, but I did find lots of great info on this page:
