Ok so... me and my brother are going to IOA this summer and id like a few things answered :3.

1. How crowded is early june?

2.Would dueling dragons be a good first roller coaster? Ive only been on one before and it didnt do much but go down hills and take sharp turns... that and my brother is pretty un easy about coasters all together.

3. Is it possible to buy... this parks version of fast passes at the gates? To get in the quick line right then and there?

Thanks :3 REALLY looking forward to this summer.

1.) Early June isn't too bad...the Express Plus passes are almost at their cheapest price. The crowds will be manageable.

2.) As much as I like DD, I don't know if that would be a good first coaster mainly because it's inverted...meaning your feet dangle...that will freak some people out. You might want to start with Revenge of The Mummy since it's not as wild as DD or Hulk. But that's only if you go to the Studios first.

3.) Express Plus passes are available at the gate or any number of stores in either park. I would recommend waiting until you get there to see if you need it. The EP's are date specific and are non-refundable.

I dont think we would mind it being inverted.... weve been on similar rides at fairs and such where your legs are pretty much hanging. How is it on the stomach? Because id really hate to ride that first and then my little brother complain about being sick and we would have to leave early.

Thanks :3

Well...it doesn't bother me at all but coasters don't bother me. The inverted part is the track...an inverted coaster has the track above you instead of below. If you're concerned about sickness, you should try RoTM first...if he can't handle RoTM I don't think he would be able to do DD.

Yeah... we only go to one park a year. We went to universal last year and he rode the mummy and enjoyed it... Had to take him on it 3 times >.>.

Seriously doubting the hulk coaster however... looks a like a bit to extreme even with riding DD...

Thanks again.

My very first coaster was in 2000 with my then wife's GRANDSON, and it was HULK FRONT ROW. Of course i did not know that until it was too late. It was GREAT. The launch and then the immediate roll is the best part of the whole ride. You do it once and you will want to do it over and over:cool2:
