A couple questions about hotel packages

Hello all! I have an upcoming stay at the Disneyland hotel Aug 21-24th. I booked my package directly through Disney. I already have park reservations made. The hotel stay and tickets are not showing up under “My plans” in the DL app. The only thing showing up there is my dining reservations. Is that normal? I also booked my mom a package for the same time. How do I link her ticket to my account since I can’t seem to see the actual ticket in the app? I know how to link a physical ticket, but I can’t figure this out. Thanks in advance for your help

It's normal , unfortunately it's not like WDW MyDisneyEexperience and hotel reservations so not show up.
My plans under DL app ONLY shows Dining which I agree is weird.

In the app under "Tickets and Passes" hit the little PLUS sign to add the barcode and link tickets to your account.

Thank you! I guess I’m confused about how to link my mom’s ticket and my own since we are in separate rooms and neither of us can see our actual ticket barcodes. I mostly just need this so I can try to get us both boarding groups. Am I missing something obvious?

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking, but when I log into my account through the Disney site (not the app), it shows that my "travel e-package" will become available on my account (under my hotel reservation) 4 days before our arrival date. I had called Disney's reservations line some time back, to ask about something unrelated, and was told that this is where my tickets (the barcode) will show and when I'll be able to link them to my account (on the app). We are WDW veterans so this is all new to us as well, and I'm not sure how correct that info is, but I'd keep an eye on that in the days leading up to your arrival date to see if your tickets do become available then (again, on the site, not the app). I freaked out yesterday because we paid in full and I didn’t have our tickets in the app. I posted on here and then read my confirmation and realized it says you will get your tickets 3-5 before your trip on the website like DYOBL0305 posted above. I so wish the DL app would show everything like the WDW app does!!!
